Mobility Assistance

An accessible van is available to provide transportation.  Patients for this service are usually those with temporary and permanent orthopedic disabilities that affect their mobility.

Our Home caregivers are equipped with a licensed and insured car, which allows them to provide our patient with exceptionally secure and safe mobility service.  This service also includes in-home mobility such as walkers, wheel chairs, crutches and arm bearers.

How to Arrange for Mobility Services

Schedule an appointment with Assured & Associates representative to receive confirmation for services.

Read and sign the Mobility Assistance Contract.
