Assured and Associates works closely with your insurance company to provide you the best possible care. We accept Private Pay, Workers Comp, and most Insurance plans. Please contact the office to verify that we are covered under your plan. (678-391-0140)

Workers Compensation:

Have you been injured on the job, and need home care that has been order by a medical doctor? Contact your case manager and have them contact us. Most Worker Comp Insurance Companies will cover the cost of your care.

Medicaid:

We accept Georgia Medicaid and provide care in your home however we must verify all care through the care coordinator. When calling the office, please have the following information ready;

1. Full name
    
    
2. Medicaid Id number
    
    
    
3. Care coordinator name and phone number
    
    
    
    

We accept Private Pay clients. Private Pay clients are clients that either don’t have insurance coverage or their insurance does not cover homecare visits. Private Pay clients can be set up on payment plan depending on the circumstance of the personal care that is needed. All Clients are billed according to the care that is provided please contact the office for prices.
